A distinguished civil engineer and visionary leader, Er. Anil Kumar Sarma is an alumnus of Assam Engineering College, Guwahati. He began his career in public service, making significant contributions to major infrastructure projects while serving with the Assam Government Construction Corporation (AGCC) and the Brahmaputra Board, Govt. of India. His expertise played a crucial role in projects such as the Jagiroad Paper Mill, the extension of Guwahati Refinery, and the preparation of reports for the Subansiri and Siang Dams. He was also instrumental in planning and executing the Tipaimukh Dam and numerous other government initiatives across Delhi, Assam, Meghalaya, and Manipur. After an illustrious 17-year tenure in government service, Er. Sarma transitioned into entrepreneurship, co-founding the Arya Group of Companies alongside his wife, Dr. (Mrs.) Bijoya Goswami. Under his strategic leadership, the group has flourished across multiple industries, including Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Digital Marketing, Tourism, and Hospitality. Today, the Arya Group proudly operates Arya Hospital, Arya Wellness Center(JV), Uzu Health, Arya Nursing College, Arya Erectors India Pvt. Ltd., Arya Stays, Surakhya Trust, and Orange Online, among others. In the real estate sector, Er. Sarma redefined urban living in Northeast India by conceptualizing and delivering the region’s first-ever gated community of independent villas and row houses. Completed in 2018, this landmark project remains one of Guwahati’s most prestigious residential developments. His latest venture at Changsari is yet another trailblazer, bringing North Guwahati’s first mall, first cineplex, and the region’s first dedicated service apartment building. Mr Ram Krishna Pradhan, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Assam Engineering College started his career as Engineer Design with the global conglomerate GE Medical Systems. There he developed his core competency on design through Six Sigma on indigenous innovations in medical systems. He moved his career on to Indian financial markets working with Kotak group. In 2010 he co-founded Arya Erectors India Private Limited and has been an integral part of real estate industry since then. He has been an active member of Assam Real Estate and Infrastructure Developers' Association (AREIDA) and is there as Joint Secretary with additional role of Chairman, Seminar and Workshop sub committee. He brings immense depth in the field of branding, marketing and selling in real estate to the Arya group.

His work spans high-rise buildings, township developments, pre-engineered buildings, roads, and bridges, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in challenging terrains. He has contributed to major infrastructure developments while working with Nagarjuna Construction Company (NCC), ICFAI Hyderabad, Lohit Construction, and Arya Erector India Pvt. Ltd. across Delhi, Gurgaon, Agartala, Gangtok, and Numaligarh Refinery. Some of his most notable projects include the ICFAI University campuses in Tripura, a ₹1000 Cr G+13 hospital project in Gangtok, Lumding Section B.G Track Railway line base preparation, and key developments for Arya Group in North Guwahati like the Arya Smart Living campus, Arya Nursing College and Ayra Hospital in Guwahati. With extensive experience in project execution, site management, and infrastructure development, he is known for his ability to manage large-scale projects with precision and efficiency.
